Patricia Minta is a Registered Dietitian, author and public speaker. She owns a private consulting firm, Nutrition and Wellness Consulting, specializing in group and individual wellness programs. She has been practicing as a Registered Dietitian for 20 years in many areas including hospital, long-term care, and outpatient settings, as well as private practice.

Her first publication, “Mom, What’s For Dinner?” is a book designed to help the busy mom plan and prepare nutritious meals, using a time-saving method, without stress.

She speaks regularly to many groups about nutrition and wellness, including church groups, clubs, teams and schools.

She is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the Illinois Dietetic Association. She is certified as a nutrition expert by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed by the State of Illinois.
